Bellabu Bear is a premium bamboo baby and children’s apparel brand experiencing rapid growth across DTC and wholesale channels. We are expanding nationally and internationally and are seeking a results-driven Wholesale Manager to lead account growth and distribution strategy.
Position Overview
The Wholesale Manager will oversee all wholesale sales operations, key account relationships, distributor partnerships, and revenue growth initiatives. This role is responsible for driving sell-in targets, managing retail partnerships, and expanding the brand’s footprint while protecting pricing integrity and brand positioning.
Drive seasonal sell-in presentations and order acquisition
Increase reorder frequency and account retention
New Business Development
Identify and open new retail accounts
Expand into new geographic territories
Manage and oversee rep agencies and distributors
Negotiate pricing, terms, and exclusivity agreements
Distributor & Rep Oversight
Manage performance of domestic and international distributors
Monitor compliance with purchase targets and contractual obligations
Ensure pricing and MAP policies are enforced
Sales Operations
Forecast wholesale demand in coordination with operations
Review sell-through data to identify growth opportunities
Support major retail meetings with line sheets and sales decks
Oversee trade show participation and showroom representation
Qualifications
5+ years wholesale sales experience (apparel preferred)
Experience managing major retail accounts
Strong negotiation skills
Experience with distributor agreements and rep agencies
Strong forecasting and analytical skills
Ability to travel for key account meetings and trade shows

My kiddo is obsessed with his Space Jam pajamas. I love the nostalgia of watching the movie with him ( a new found favorite of his thanks to his Bellabu’s) We both love the quality
We were spending time together over the Easter holiday with our family including our 4 grandchildren. I wanted to have them all in matching pjs with an Easter theme. Found these and they were a hit with the kids as they love the soft fabric and Paw Patrol characters! Shipping was fast and I was very happy with the quality!
The Minecraft pj's is a huge hit with my son. He absolutely loves the design and the softness of the fabric. The breathable fabric makes it easier to keep cool during the hot summer nights.

This is my first time ordering outside of Little Sleepies and I wasn’t disappointed! Love the design options and that it’s not as cut throat as Little Sleepies. Love having another option that’s not outrageously priced like Posh Peanut.
Love the print and material but they run smaller than the other brands I’ve purchased from. I ordered 9-12 and they fit him perfectly right now which is great but I thought he’d get to wear them longer since I sized up. I’ll know to go a bit bigger next time
Our little guy LOVES these Jammas!! He asks to put them on as soon as we get home every single day. He also has the paw patrol Easter ones so we rotate them. The fit is fabulous- high rise waist, not too tight on the belly. He wears 3T clothing, but we ordered the 5T Jammas for loose comfort. Definitely recommend sizing up.
It is by far the best blanket ever. Great weight to it. Not too heavy, breathable. And soft to curly up to on either side.
My daughter has texture issues, and she loves it.
We switched from little Sleepies to this brand bc the sizes fit way better, and prints are super cute. My son is special needs , and the texture of pjs and under garments are his absolute favorite.
