Bellabu Bear is a fast-growing premium bamboo baby and children’s apparel brand. We are expanding rapidly across DTC and wholesale channels and are seeking a Website Merchandiser to optimize our online store performance and elevate the customer shopping experience.
Position Overview
The Website Merchandiser is responsible for driving online revenue through strategic product placement, collection optimization, promotional execution, and conversion rate improvement.
This role blends creative merchandising with data analysis and requires someone who understands Shopify, consumer behavior, and ecommerce growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Ecommerce Merchandising
Own homepage, collection pages, and product page merchandising strategy
Optimize product sorting, featured collections, and seasonal layouts
Execute product launches and limited drops
Create bundling, cross-sell, and upsell strategies
Performance Optimization
Monitor and improve KPIs: Conversion Rate, AOV, Revenue per Visitor
Analyze customer behavior and optimize based on data
Run A/B tests on collections, product positioning, and promotional layouts
Identify underperforming SKUs and recommend adjustments
Promotional & Campaign Execution
Implement sitewide promotions and launch campaigns
Coordinate merchandising strategy with paid media calendar
Ensure seamless landing page and campaign alignment
Inventory & Sell-Through Management
Monitor stock levels and adjust visibility accordingly
Support sell-through strategies for aging inventory

We were spending time together over the Easter holiday with our family including our 4 grandchildren. I wanted to have them all in matching pjs with an Easter theme. Found these and they were a hit with the kids as they love the soft fabric and Paw Patrol characters! Shipping was fast and I was very happy with the quality!
The Minecraft pj's is a huge hit with my son. He absolutely loves the design and the softness of the fabric. The breathable fabric makes it easier to keep cool during the hot summer nights.
Absolutely obsessed. We have ordered from Bellabu countless times not only for our own children, but also as gifts for nieces, nephews, and friend’s children. I can’t say enough good things.
My son is so comfy in these PJs. We found that cotton is a little too hot for us when he needs to be swaddled and in various wraps to sleep. We got a 0-3 size for our newborn and it’s a little big but he can grow into it. Just know it’s supposed to fit them pretty snug so it might seem small but it’s not. Can’t wait to get more PJs !! I even have some for me.
This is my first time ordering outside of Little Sleepies and I wasn’t disappointed! Love the design options and that it’s not as cut throat as Little Sleepies. Love having another option that’s not outrageously priced like Posh Peanut.
Love the print and material but they run smaller than the other brands I’ve purchased from. I ordered 9-12 and they fit him perfectly right now which is great but I thought he’d get to wear them longer since I sized up. I’ll know to go a bit bigger next time
Our little guy LOVES these Jammas!! He asks to put them on as soon as we get home every single day. He also has the paw patrol Easter ones so we rotate them. The fit is fabulous- high rise waist, not too tight on the belly. He wears 3T clothing, but we ordered the 5T Jammas for loose comfort. Definitely recommend sizing up.
It is by far the best blanket ever. Great weight to it. Not too heavy, breathable. And soft to curly up to on either side.

We switched from little Sleepies to this brand bc the sizes fit way better, and prints are super cute. My son is special needs , and the texture of pjs and under garments are his absolute favorite.

This is my first time purchasing Bellabubear PJ's and it looks like it definitely won't be the last. I bought the Hanukah Cookie PJ's for my FOUR granddaughter's. The older girls said that they love the way it feels on them especially how soft and comfortable they were.
This is our 1st time to try this brand. I had purcahased a set for a baby gift a while back, but this was our 1st set for two of our grandchildren. I love that you offer color, style, and size options that accommodate a big brother loving to match his baby sister.
