We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, ensure shipping accuracy, maintain productivity standards, and support continued growth.

Position Overview

The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping. This role requires strong leadership, accountability, and the ability to maintain operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead warehouse team members (pick/pack, receiving, inventory)
• Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of DTC and wholesale orders
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system audits
• Monitor daily KPIs (order accuracy, fulfillment time, labor efficiency)
• Enforce safety procedures and maintain OSHA-compliant standards
• Manage scheduling to ensure adequate staffing coverage
• Coordinate inbound shipments and vendor deliveries
• Oversee warehouse organization and cleanliness
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
• Report operational performance directly to ownership

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of warehouse or fulfillment experience
• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Strong understanding of inventory management systems (WMS experience preferred)
• Experience with Shopify fulfillment environments preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet
• High attention to detail and accountability
• Experience managing teams of 5–15 employees preferred
