As we continue to scale, we are seeking a Customer Service Representative who can uphold our brand standards and ensure every customer interaction builds loyalty.
Position Overview
The Customer Service Representative will manage customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and deliver a positive brand experience across email, chat, and social platforms.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle high-volume inquiries while maintaining a calm and solution-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication
Respond to customer emails and messages in a timely manner
Handle order inquiries, tracking issues, exchanges, and returns
Provide product recommendations and sizing guidance
Manage social media direct messages
Issue Resolution
Resolve shipping delays, lost packages, and order discrepancies
Process refunds and exchanges accurately
Escalate complex issues when necessary
Brand Voice & Retention
Maintain Bellabu Bear’s warm, professional brand tone
Identify upsell opportunities when appropriate
Proactively reduce refund requests through strong communication
Encourage positive reviews and customer loyalty
Administrative Support
Monitor return trends and report recurring issues
Update FAQ documentation as needed
Support promotional campaigns and launch periods
Qualifications
2+ years customer service experience (ecommerce preferred)
Experience with Shopify and helpdesk platforms (Gorgias, Zendesk, etc.) preferred
Strong written communication skills
Ability to handle high-volume inquiries efficiently
Detail-oriented and organized
Positive, solution-focused mindset

My baby has eczema and this fabric is the best for comfortable sleep!
The PERFECT pj set for the kid thats always active, sometimes breaking a sweat in sleepware, this material is buttery soft, breathable, ligbt weight and LONG LASTING compared to MANY other bamboo brands (trust me we’ve worn SEVERAL brands, we have sensory issues and sensitive skin here) HIGHLY RECOMMEND plus when exchanging for the bigger size, the customer service and process to send/receive the products literally was the EASIEST, USER FRIENDLY, FAST & EXTREMELY CONSISTENT, all without requiring double the expense! My kiddo is obsessed with his Space Jam pajamas. I love the nostalgia of watching the movie with him ( a new found favorite of his thanks to his Bellabu’s) We both love the quality
We were spending time together over the Easter holiday with our family including our 4 grandchildren. I wanted to have them all in matching pjs with an Easter theme. Found these and they were a hit with the kids as they love the soft fabric and Paw Patrol characters! Shipping was fast and I was very happy with the quality!
The Minecraft pj's is a huge hit with my son. He absolutely loves the design and the softness of the fabric. The breathable fabric makes it easier to keep cool during the hot summer nights.
Absolutely obsessed. We have ordered from Bellabu countless times not only for our own children, but also as gifts for nieces, nephews, and friend’s children. I can’t say enough good things.
My son is so comfy in these PJs. We found that cotton is a little too hot for us when he needs to be swaddled and in various wraps to sleep. We got a 0-3 size for our newborn and it’s a little big but he can grow into it. Just know it’s supposed to fit them pretty snug so it might seem small but it’s not. Can’t wait to get more PJs !! I even have some for me.
This is my first time ordering outside of Little Sleepies and I wasn’t disappointed! Love the design options and that it’s not as cut throat as Little Sleepies. Love having another option that’s not outrageously priced like Posh Peanut.
Love the print and material but they run smaller than the other brands I’ve purchased from. I ordered 9-12 and they fit him perfectly right now which is great but I thought he’d get to wear them longer since I sized up. I’ll know to go a bit bigger next time
Our little guy LOVES these Jammas!! He asks to put them on as soon as we get home every single day. He also has the paw patrol Easter ones so we rotate them. The fit is fabulous- high rise waist, not too tight on the belly. He wears 3T clothing, but we ordered the 5T Jammas for loose comfort. Definitely recommend sizing up.
It is by far the best blanket ever. Great weight to it. Not too heavy, breathable. And soft to curly up to on either side.

We switched from little Sleepies to this brand bc the sizes fit way better, and prints are super cute. My son is special needs , and the texture of pjs and under garments are his absolute favorite.

This is my first time purchasing Bellabubear PJ's and it looks like it definitely won't be the last. I bought the Hanukah Cookie PJ's for my FOUR granddaughter's. The older girls said that they love the way it feels on them especially how soft and comfortable they were.
This is our 1st time to try this brand. I had purcahased a set for a baby gift a while back, but this was our 1st set for two of our grandchildren. I love that you offer color, style, and size options that accommodate a big brother loving to match his baby sister.
